Coaching.
I am a qualified Executive Function coach, helping individuals to strengthen, develop and improve their executive function skills, which can have a massive impact on managing work, study, and everyday life.
While everyone has their own individual strength and weaknesses, executive function struggles can be even harder to manage for neurodivergent folks.
Support.
Wrangling with spreadsheets, creating content in Canva, editing, copy, lists and colour coding, presentations, reports, stats… it’s all second nature to me.
Virtual or in person, let me help you with those one-off projects that require all hands on deck, or if you need a few hours of support on a regular basis, we can chat about that too. I can also provide Access to Work support for clients.
